Do you have a hankering for a specific colorway, but its not in stock on the base you need? Are you in need of a sweater quantity?
Let us know and we will get it dyed up as fast as our little gloved hands can dye!
- What is Superwash? And how do I care for it?
Superwash is a chemical process that the wool goes through to coat or removes the scales in the wool to keep it from felting and make it machine washable. Please note that excessive heat in the dryer or a very hot cycle in the wash can damage the super wash coating. We recommend that you wash all your Superwash knitted good s on the gentle cycle and either lay flat to dry or dry on a no heat cycle in the dryer.
- how long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can expect your order to ship 3-7 business days after processing. We always try to get orders shipped out sooner, but its not always possible. So please be patient.
